These terms apply when you book a recovery or use this website. By requesting recovery from Grizzly Recovery you agree to the terms below.

Services

We recover cars and motorcycles only. We do not carry fuel, offer fuel drain services, recover vans, HGVs or fleet vehicles, or deliver purchased vehicles as a courier service.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes given by phone are based on the information you provide. If circumstances at the roadside differ materially (for example, additional distance or unusual loading requirements), the price may be adjusted. Any changes will be discussed with you before we proceed.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfer and cash.

Liability

All recoveries are undertaken with reasonable care and skill and are covered by our insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
